Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for added security. Don’t forget to share the tracking ID with us after shipping the item. Please note that CollaVita is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
